Dynamic pile testing

Energy for testing of bored and driven piles up to 700T.

Vibration monitoring

Monitoring for sites where excessive vibration could pose a problem to existing adjacent structures.

Ground beam systems

We can design, supply and fix complete ground beam* solutions and industrial applications. We can also provide precast floor units, negating the need fot in-situ ground work. *These beams use full moment connections and provisions can be made for irregular floor plans, meaning fewer restrictions on the client.
Precast piling advantages There is no possibility of inclusions or cavities in the concrete as a result of the controlled environment in which they are created.   Piles are cured before arrival on site and can be dynamically (CASE) tested to twice their Safe Working Load (SWL) immediately on completion, rather than having to wait days until the concrete is cured.   The system and rig are suitable for simulated static tests (CAPWAP) and continuous computer monitoring of driving resistance is possible. It is a dry process, so there is no wet concrete on site.   Rock shoes are available on request.
